I guess it's time to stop holding back!
Spiderman let loose a proper full strength punch to the lizards ribs, sending him flying away.
He quickly Webbed to his body before he hit the ground, using the momentum to shoot back towards him, slammed his feet into the same spot. He then webbed him again, and wrenched his arms with all his strength sending the lizard in a circle and slamming him headfirst into a hard spot on the ground.
Peter quickly realized that Conners must be of two minds right now, and maybe his memories are foggy.
The antitode must've been too weak to work on him, or some other condition.
Spiderman pushes a button on his webshooters. A small army of nano spiders detach from under his suit. Some stand guard against potential threats, the others begin to read the lizards life signs. He has avoided a killshot, but now he saw what the problem was. The lizards heart was pumping too fast and his body was running too hot.
Spiderman ready his bots and delivers a shock to lizard, slow and steady controlling his heartbeat to slow down. Slower. Slower.
To a human level.
