Wear the champions tunic and enemies health is displayed above their heads. You think you'd know that after a million hours of playing.

I managed to find close to 500 on my own, idk the exact number because I haven't seen the loading screen in a while. The ones you get are already marked on the game's map for you.

They don't seem that hard to find, Ive done 50 already and have close to 10 marked on my map that I haven't done yet. I feel like I can spit in any direction and hit a korok puzzle.

I suppose the last few would be the toughest to find. I'd probably look in areas that don't have a korok seed marked by time i reach that point. I figure they might tend to a relatively even density across the map.
