Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2045
Five episodes in of twelve and I don't think I'm going to make it to the end. Its fairly crap and the animation is jank.
The CGI Appleseed films from years ago hold up better than this.
Oh my god please tell me you didnt watch the netflix version.
Also if you watch 'The End of Evangelion' it replaces the last two episodes with something that kind of makes more sense.
Im currently watching Ergo Proxy, i'm only 4 eps in but if you like slow burn plots and Ghost in the Shell then you shouldn't find anything you dislike.
I hope you enjoy it. There are a few filler episodes that just did not need to be in there but it's all mostly and enjoyable ride.
Don't worry about the classmates they're not there that much.
Be sure to watch End of Evangelion aftward! <3
Food Wars
Really good so far, havent seen a light hearted anime in quite sometime. Very compelling too.
The Evangelion fan in me makes me wanna see Darling in the Franxx but i'll have to wait a while for that one.
Muv-luv Alternative Total Eclipse.
I dont now too much about this other than i think it has some seedy visual novel roots.
The anime is your average totally-not-an-Eva-clone clone. It has a lot of characters from different nationalities and theyre so stereotypical that they almost come off as...
Cool. I got the first 24 eps on dvd for xmas. My friend figured i'd like the girls. Puts me off at how much of it there is though, hasnt it been going for ten years?
Fate/Stay Night
Not as good as I was hoping. Id heard a lot about it and its gone pretty far with merch and spin offs etc but... Aside from the main character being voiced by Jude Mathis from Tales of Xillia (<3) I'm not getting much out of it.
