Yeah. The people you saw were the Trancy family. The boy is Alois, and his butler is Claude. Claude is a demon, just like Sebby. You don't go very in depth with them until the third or fourth episode, then it's a constant thing from then to the last episode (the 13th episode).

Also, i've read a bit of one of the pandora hearts mangas. It was really good, but I couldnt find the rest in any stores. And Xerxes looks awesome xD

I'll look up the anime later. It seems really good too. If I can't find the mangas, I may as well watch it instead!

Thanks for the friend request. Yes I'm a huge Umineko Fan I managed to read 6 and 7. But I haven't been able to read ep8 but its unlikely that I would be able to get it. So I spoiled myself with spoilers to know everything about ep8.

It's actually the girl in the emtpy world (Ushio at the end) and my new sig is going to have Fuko in it, so I love Clannad. I also love Death Note, Angel Beats, Hetalia, K-ON and I am watching Ouran and then probably Lucky Star, Sailor Moon and Black Butler. Maybe Shugo Chara too.

Oh, I remember watching Cardcaptors, my sister even has a replica card deck from it. (Which we use to play our own variation of go fish, it's fun. ^^)

Yeah, I'd heard that the manga goes a lot farther than the anime, and from what I've read I already see some differences. I definitely want to read the entire manga, but I haven’t gotten the other books yet. Whenever I finish reading it I’ll let you know what I think. ^^

I obviously can’t speak much for the manga, but I agree, it seems to be a diamond in the rough. When I first got into anime I thought more people would have heard of Sprial, since my cousins, who showed it to me, watched a lot of anime/Asian drama. I was surprised that less people knew about it, seeing as it's so good.

And yes, I love Spiral. ^^ It was actually the anime which got me into watching anime aside from what I'd seen when I was little like Pokemon, Digimon, Sailor Moon and such. I love all the characters, but I think Ayumu and Kousuke are my favs. ^^ I love the way everything comes together by the end of some of the episodes, it's great. I also love the more comedic parts, it's hilarious sometimes. Have you read the manga? I've only read the first two books, but I enjoyed them.

Oh hai Saria I love Kuroshi*tsuji! It's my favorite anime. I watched both of the series last summer. Grell and Sebastian were my favorite characters, but the undertaker was pretty funny too.

You should finish it. The ending is actually really good. Then, you have to watch the second series, which is only 11 episodes long...I think.
