Believe it or not, I agree with you on almost all points. This is a very old theory, back when I thought Ganon could live on after Ganondorf died. I split up LttP and LoZ/AoL to clear my timeline of Ganon/dorf inconsistencies. AT: Ganondorf died in WW, Ganon died in LoZ. CT: Ganondorf died in TP, Ganondorf #2 became Ganon #2 (or possibly took the spirit of Ganon #1) in FSA, who was killed in LttP. But now I see no reason to conclude such a separation between Gerudo and demon. Also, the MS didn't appear in LoZ/AoL, so I figured it would fit well after a game in which it was lost. (but really, LttP does seem to deliberately set up for this anyway)
The Triforce....I made a few assumptions with. It just randomly gave itself to the new Royal Family once it was established in the rebuilt Hyrule. =P

I placed the games in the land created by the GDT on the Great Sea, not in New Hyrule, so Spirit Tracks is completely unrelated.

After SS comes out, I will reconsider everything, including the history of developer intent that is easier to research with our new Dev Quotes and Interview pages, and LoZ would most likely be placed after LttP, though I'm not sure on which timeline.
