I can only remember Sealed Grounds and Batreaux's Theme. The music overall is, but not really memorable in my opinion. I prefer musics to be memorable.

I have to vote for Ocarina of Time. The story in the game is so amazing and it influenced the stories from other games like Wind Waker. If there is ever going to be a Zelda film, I really hope it will be based of Ocarina of Time (and not be horrible).

I agree with Djinn. It would be better if the bosses didn't show their weakness to Link like Diababa or Gohma. I did not know that. I'll try it soon and see if it works.

The Water Temple. No need for explanation. I also found the Shadow Temple hard just for have the entrance and Bongo Bongo far away from each other. I, myself, like the temple, but having to go from the entrance to the boss was just too long and tideous.

It's one of Nintendo's best game and making a remake won't have any significant changes. The improvement are for the flaws the game had and making it an even better game. Nintendo knows how great the game is and doesn't want to butcher because there are fans that wants to play this remake.
