It depends, if you have Vista you need to get the lastest Action Replay set (so including disc and the wire but they should be with it anyway) but if you have XP you can use either I think. I'm unsure if it's usable with Windows 7 because I unfortunately can not get it to work with my laptop which is a real pain in the *** considering there are a ton of pokemon I need to make .

You can't get the special key from either my pokesav or Shoddy Battle, the special key is an item you can only find in Platinum I believe and because I don't have Platinum and use Diamond I can't actually give it to you I can get it though, but I'd have to buy Platinum first.

If you are not sure about Serebii you could always join Smogon too and I'll help you build a team through breeding (I could use two perfect pokemon with the moveset's you wanted and trade you the egg therefore upon hatching it would be yours).

Yeah, you can make any pokemon you want as long as you have the correct version of Pokesav (there is one for Diamond and Pearl then a different newer one for Platinum)cbecause of the different pokemon you can catch (it's just pretty much the new form of Giratina and the Rotom forms) and a few new items.

I'm not too sure on this but I think you can alter the pokemon you already have instead of comepletely recreating new ones but I've never done that before so as I said, i'm not too sure.

It depends which community you play in, I sometimes battle people from Smogon under the name Durion but I have to tell each opponent I am using Pokesav'd p be okemon (which I have just written in my signature so I don't have to tell everyone anymore =D) so they don't mind. The only rule that most communities use (well I'm guessing because this is true for Smogon, there may not be many other sites that allow Sav'd pokemon though) is you have to keep the pokemons stats legitimate, it's infomation legitimate (e.g. where it was caught, ID No. and Trainers name, Pokeball...etc) or it's movesets are legit (so make sure you don't make a moveset with a Egg Move from the 4th Gen but a Tutor move from the 3rd or something like that).

It's the thing we use to help make our teams, Shoddy Battle is pretty fun but I prefer Wifi, I just prefer playing on the actual game than over my laptop. Pokesav is kinda like Shoddy Battle in the fact you can make your pokemon exactly like you want but instead for your DS game.

Yeah, I've got it somewhere but haven't been on it for about 2 weeks because I've been busy I'll probably start playing it sometime soon.

We think the problems we were having with Tatsunoko vs. Capcom probably had to do with something on my end, particularly with some kind of issue between how the game connected and our router firewall. We can't fix it too easily, and we're going to be getting a new one in a few weeks anyway, so...
