Well, I could be one...or sorts. If I ever come across trouble, I intervene with more peaceable words or report them, depending on what my judgment tells me. In that respect, I suppose I can be viewed as an arbitrator, one who goes between the violators and the judges...a preventer of strife, if that helps enlighten things.
