It's probably a quest item. A key to some dungeon, or a part of some machine.
Maybe Ganon gave it to the moblin to guard it or something... I doubt though that the moblin knows what it is
Teleportation arrow sounds way cool.
Also I would like the opposite of love arrow: the monster which was hit starts attacking everything it sees.
And maybe, if there is no hookshot ( or teleport arrow) an arrow attached to rope, which you can use to climb directly up and/or in dungeons

I dont remember where, but I remember reading somewhere that the original Sheikah symbol was just an eye, but then something happened, and they then added the tear, to show they are sad or something.

I guess it's just a common name in Hyruke for a mountain that contains death by fire, death by falling rocks, or death by enemies generally.
It is the same people naming them after all. (People as in race, not the same persons)
