I use GIMP to make my graphics, so yes, I already have it. I researched how to compress an image using GIMP. I found two options. The first one is to save as a png. and and set the compression level when you save it. When I save my images, I always save them as png. A menu will pop up labeled, "Save as png." There is a compression level slider bar on the menu. The compression level is already the highest it can go (9). My other option is doing to exact same thing, but instead of saving it as a png. I should try and save it as a jpeg. But, I really don't want to as it lessens the quality of the image.
