Hmmm... tough choice, but think I'll go with Twili. Pretty awesome to be able to co-exist powerfully in two different "realms" and still be rockstars!

I'm gonna go with Hylians because they would have a larger army than most of the other factions. Here are a few tactics the could use to beat the other factions (assuming they would do anything to win
Deku/kokori: Burn down the forest
Zora: block of the lakes so then there's no water in them
Gerudo: considering that the Gerudo women have to go to castle town to find mates they would cut them off and there numbers would dwindle after a few decades (also there are only a small handful of Gerudo and they would probably not be as trained as the Hylian Army)
Gorons: stay on the defensive because there mountain would be well fortified. Send a small force to sabotage what ever resources the gorons have.
That's all I can think of at this rate
