The Goron's Bracelet is an item from Ocarina of Time and accessory from Echoes of Wisdom.
Ocarina of Time
"You got the Goron's Bracelet! Now you can pull up Bomb Flowers. Stand next to one and use (A) to pull it up!"
The Goron's Bracelet is received from Darunia after Link plays Saria's Song for him. It is a small bracelet that gives Link the ability to pick up and throw Bomb Flowers, and push heavy stone blocks.
While Adult Link presumably still wears the Goron's Bracelet under his gloves, it is later superseded in adulthood by the Silver Gauntlets—although these are obtained as a child, they do not fit Young Link.

"A Goron treasure that grants great strength. While wearing it, the bearer can carry things faster."
The Goron's Bracelet is an accessory which Zelda can equip to give her Carry Speed Up. It is obtained from Darston by completing the A Mountainous Mystery Side Quest.
Trivia
- The Goron's Bracelet is known in the Ocarina of Time source code as the "Copper Bracelet", giving more of a progression to Silver and Golden Gauntlets (called "Gloves" in the same passage)[1]
