A Cactus Smoothie is a type of Smoothie found in Echoes of Wisdom.

A Cactus Smoothie can be made while visiting a Smoothie Shop in Hyrule. It is created by mixing two Chilly Cactus, or a Chilly Cactus with a Riverhorse, Floral Nectar or Twisted Pumpkin. The smoothie requires 10 Rupees to make and when consumed, it will restore 2 hearts and give one minute of the Fire-Proof effect.
As part of the Southern Gerudo Desert Rift main quest, Dohna will give Zelda two Chilly Cactus and asks her to make a smoothie at the Smoothie Shop by the Oasis. Bring the smoothie over to the Gerudo at Southern Gerudo Desert. Dohna will give it to the Gerudo soldiers which will rejuvenate them and complete the quest.
