Farore's Sanction is a key item from Echoes of Wisdom.

On completing Faron Temple by defeating Gohma, Zelda and Tri have a vision from the goddess Farore, which culminates in Farore bestowing her sanction upon Zelda as the priestess of legend.

Unfortunately, after Zelda obtains sanctions from all three goddesses, Null uses the power of captured Tris to create an echo of Zelda. With the echo having copied the mark of the sanctions upon Zelda, it manages to make it through the Eternal Forest and past the Great Deku Tree in Zelda's name, and reach the "Prime Energy" in the Ancient Ruins, the Triforce, just as the real Zelda catches up to her.
