Eldin's Colossal Fossil is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview
If Link talks to Loone at East Akkala Stable, she will introduce herself as someone interested in "ancient things". Having struck out at the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, taken over by the Yiga Clan, she's heard about the three Leviathan fossils around Hyrule and wants the thrill of seeing them. She tells him she's going to see the Eldin Great Skeleton first, and marks it on Link's map so he can visit it too, before heading off.
At the Eldin Great Skeleton itself, Link finds Loone again, who is sad that only one of the Leviathan's fossilised eyes remains in its skull. When Link finds it inside the head of the Leviathan and frees it using bombs or Yunobo, he then uses Ultrahand to return it to its spot in the left eye socket, she is overjoyed, and pays him 50 rupees as thanks. Having seen the Eldin Great Skeleton, she then gets excited about seeing the Hebra Great Skeleton. After marking it on Link's map, she heads off to the Hebra Mountains.
