Regional Phenomena is a Main Quest found in Tears of the Kingdom

Overview

Regional Phenomena is a main quest that is activated during the Crisis at Hyrule Castle quest. After Link searches for Zelda at Hyrule Castle, he returns to Lookout Landing to inform Purah of his findings. Once Link activates the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower, he can speak with Purah to begin the quest - she will mark four locations on his Purah Pad map for Link to investigate, described as:

• "Hebra to the northwest"
• "Eldin to the northeast"
• The "Gerudo are reporting trouble in the southwest"
• "Lanayru to the east"

She then directs Link to try Hebra first, since Josha heard a rumour that someone had seen Princess Zelda at Rito Village there.

As Link investigates the four main regions, it will unlock several key main quests. All must be completed, followed by Link reporting back to Purah. If Purah is asked where to go next during the quest, she will direct Link to try Hebra, Eldin, Lanayru and Gerudo in that order.

Requirements

Link must complete the first six steps of Crisis at Hyrule Castle, up to and including the activation of the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower, to activate the quest - Regional Phenomena itself constitutes the seventh step in the Crisis at Hyrule Castle quest.

Note that it is not technically required to trigger the quest in order to do any of the regional quests themselves, although the Rito quest in particular heavily involves the use of the paraglider.

Walkthrough

This Main Quest is mostly comprised of four individual Main Quest. For walkthroughs, see the relevant pages:

Once these are done, Purah can be found at the telescope above her lab at Lookout Landing.

Complete	You investigated the four regions that were troubled by strange phenomena, and the secret stones awakened the four sages. When you went to report the investigation results and sightings of Princess Zelda to Purah, Princess Zelda suddenly appeared at Hyrule Castle along with a blood moon.
