The Gerudo Canyon Stable is a location from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The Stable is one of fifteen Stables that are located across Hyrule. It is the only stable within the Gerudo province and can be found at the end of the Gerudo Canyon Pass just before entering the Gerudo Desert by way of the Gerudo Desert Gateway. It is staffed by Piaffe.

A Hylian Retriever can be found around the stable and Link is able to befriend him by feeding him. The dog will make his way over to a treasure chest just east of the stable which contains ten Ice Arrows. A second treasure chest can be found just southeast of the stable, one one of the higher ledges south of the main path. The chest contains a Gerudo Scimitar.

Main article: Kay Noh Shrine

The Kay Noh Shrine can be found just south of the shrine on top of the hill. Titled the Power of Electricity, the shrine will require Link to use Electric Orbs to power up various objects, causing doors to open and conveyor belts to operate. Link will also need to use Magnesis on objects, passing electricity from object to object to solve puzzles. Link will meet with Kay Noh at the end of the shrine to get a Spirit Orb.

Nearby Korok Seeds

Climb the thin rock pillar next to Gerudo Stables, and lift the rock.

Climb the tallest rock pillar in front of the stable and pick up the rock.

Climb up to the seed platform on the wood platform high above the chasm to the east, then race to the seed. The ring disappears quickly, so save before you attempt it. Run and jump off the platform, open the paraglider immediately, glide until you are above the ring, then drop.

The seed platform to activate the ring timer can be found at the top of the cliffs heading directly northeast from the stable (away from the Gerudo Desert). It is roughly halfway between the two nearest rock bridges that cross the road on the cliff tops to the south (opposite from the stable side of the pass). The seed platform is very high and across the chasm from where the seed itself is, so saving before you attempt is recommended so that you can just load your save instead of climbing up again.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Gerudo Canyon Stable is a closed down stable, found at the west end of the Gerudo Canyon, just before entering the Gerudo Desert. Much like most of the region, the area around the stable is subject to extreme temperatures, where Link will need Cold Resistance at nighttime, and Heat Resistance while in the sun during the daytime.

If Link feeds the Hylian Retriever at the stable four times, the dog will lead Link southward to a partially buried treasure chest. Link can unearth the chest with Ultrahand to get five Giant Brightbloom Seeds.

Just southeast of the stable, Addison can be seen holding up a Hudson Sign. Link is able to use a nearby Boulder to hold up the sign. As a reward for helping him out, Addison will reward Link with a Red Rupee, some Chilly Mushroom Rice Balls, and a Sleepover Ticket.
