Silk Pajamas are a piece of clothing found in Echoes of Wisdom.

Wearing the Silk Pajamas while resting on a bed - including bed echoes - increases the frequency of heart recovery, though not the number of hearts recovered each time. They are obtained from Dohna by successfully completing Dohna's Challenge to reach the treasure chest containing them at the end of the Gerudo Treasury without being caught by the Gerudo Soldiers.

According to Dohna, "they're the pride and joy of [their] Gerudo artisans", and "luxurious".
