Drak is a Goron in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
Drak can be found guarding the Abandoned North Mine. His speech has a distinctive drawl to it.
Tears of the Kingdom
Drak can be found on a watchtower to the north of Goron City. He says there is a weird haze in the mine-cart area, and on Death Mountain. He dismisses it, and says YunoboCo HQ is probably fine. His drawl seems to have vanished.
After the Goron Regional Phenomena is resolved, Drak can be found at the mines, happy and ready to work.
