"Hit the bull's-eyes as they pop up. Consecutive hits boost your score!"
Kakariko Target Practice is the first stage of the third level of Link's Crossbow Training. 60 seconds long, with 20 seconds for each of the three sections, it is set in Kakariko Village from Twilight Princess. Unlike the previous Target Practices, the next set of targets spawn in as soon as the current set is fully destroyed.
Sections
This stage is broken up into three sections, all of which are presented in a first-person perspective. An alternate third section, with higher-value targets, is triggered by shooting the scarecrow's body eight times, then its' (now-giant) head in both of the first two sections. The scarecrow only appears in the second section if this is done in the first.
Before the first section, the bell on top of the Sanctuary can be rung for 1 point per hit.
First
Set in front of Malo Mart as it was before Malo took it over. There are a total of 31 targets in this section, 26 red and 5 gold.
One of the pots contains an Orange Rupee. The scarecrow is to the right of the store. While Link can shoot the door for extra points, it only earns 1 point for every time it swings back and forth. However, unlike Mayor Bo's House in Ordon Target Practice, no balloons ever spawn. As such, isn't worth the time.
Second
Set in front of the Elde Inn. There are 30 targets in this section, 26 red and 4 gold.
The scarecrow appears in front of the leftmost window. Like the previous doors, the doors to the Elde Inn can be shot at but do not produce any balloons, meaning they are not worth the time.
Third
Standard
Set in front of Barnes Bombs.
Hitting a target with a blue X will result in a 100 point penalty. Uniquely, upon one spawning, it will stay as the next wave of targets spawn.
Shooting the Beehive will grant 1 point per hit, and spawn a small wave of angry bees. These bees can then be shot for 5 points each, however being hit by one will result in a 100 point penalty.
Alternative
Set in the Eldin Spring. There are 28 targets in this section (not including the penalty targets), 20 red and 8 gold.
Some targets will scroll along the bottom of the spring, while others appear along the back wall. The ones along the back wall spawn in waves, and much like the rest of the stage, speedy clearing will result in the next wave spawning sooner.
