The Lanayru Road Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.

Walkthrough

Interact with the empty shrine to begin the quest and activate the green light. As with many other shrine quests, the goal is to retrieve the shrine crystal at the end of the light and return it to the shrine location.
The crystal is located in Lanayru Road South Cave, just south across the lake. There is a path into the cave on the west side of the waterfall.
In the first room of the cave there is some blue sediment on the east wall hiding a number of Zonai Devices including a Wing that can be used to transport the crystal back to the shrine.
Destroy the brown sediment at the south end of the cave to access the crystal, in a room with two waterfalls.
Return the crystal to the shrine. There are a number of methods for this, a straightforward one is to attach a Steering Stick and a Fan (and/or Rocket) to the hidden Zonai Wing and use the groove in the floor to launch yourself and the crystal through the waterfall and over the lake back to the shrine.
Place the crystal in the shrine's location. O-ogim Shrine will unlock and the quest will clear.
