Mighty Bananas are a natural material found in Breath of the Wild, Age of Calamity, and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

"This fruit grows mainly in tropical forests of the Faron region. When it's used as an ingredient, the resulting dish will temporarily increase your attack power."

A Mighty Bananas can be eaten to recover ½ of a heart, and can be sold to shop-vendors all over Hyrule for 5 Rupees each. They grow exclusively in the tropical forests of Faron, but they are sometimes stored inside of Crates in close proximity to Bokoblin Camps. The Mighty Bananas are the favorite food of members of the Yiga Clan, and as such they are littered all over the Yiga Clan Hideout. Yiga Footsoldiers and Blademasters which teleport near Link also drop this item upon their defeat.

Location

A pile of respawning bananas can be found inside the Yiga Clan Hideout. Note that after visiting the hideout, Link will be attacked by the Yiga Clan more often while travelling.

Mighty Bananas can be used in many recipes, and they have a cooking effect of an increased attack. If cooked on an open flame by itself, Link will receive Roasted Mighty Bananas.

Age of Calamity

"Fruit that grows in the tropical forests of the Faron region. The flesh under the peel is said to have a muscle-enhancing effect."

They have a Fuse Attack Power of 1.
