Dantz's Prize Cows is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Requirements
Speak with Dantz at the Hateno Pasture in Hateno Village.
Walkthrough
- Speak to Dantz to begin the quest. He sells Fresh Milk which he gets from his Cows. Unfortunately though, he currently doesn't have an Acorns. They used to be common in the nearby Retsam Forest, but the Squirrels started grabbing them for themselves. Dantz needs at least three acorns to make his special feed for his cows.
- Link can give Dantz three acorns and in exchange, Dantz will give Link some Fresh Milk.
- Link can find Acorns by chopping down trees, or by shooting a Bushy-Tailed Squirrel with an Arrow. For a more effective strategy, see Where to Find Acorns in Tears of the Kingdom?.
Adventure Log
Step | Description |
---|---|
Dantz, a farmer in Hateno Village, is looking for acorns to mix into his cows' feed so they can produce his special fresh milk. He says he could mix more feed if he had three acorns, but a recent boom in the squirrel population has made them hard to come by. | |
You gave Dantz the acorns and he gave you a bottle of fresh milk to express his gratitude. If you bring him another three acorns, he'd be willing to make the same trade for more fresh milk. |
