Passer Hill is a location in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
Passer Hill is located just to the west of Rito Village, just across Lake Totori. The Hill includes Warbler's Nest and has a steady slope leading to its peak. Throughout the hill there are Cold Darners and Winterwing Butterflies flying around.
At the south portion of Warbler's Nest, there is a yellow flower that Link can find. Link can collect a series of yellow flowers that lead up to the peak of the hill where Link will get a Korok Seed. At the north end of Passer Hill, there is a circle of rocks with one rock missing. Placing the rock in the proper spot will cause a Korok to appear.

Tears of the Kingdom
Passer Hill can be found southwest of Rito Village, on the other side of Lake Totori. Early in the game, when the ongoing Blizzard is affecting Rito Village, it will be perpetually snowing at the Passer Hill. It will also be cold, requiring Link to have a level of Cold Resistance in order to survive. After the Wind Temple has been cleared, it will warm up and return to normal weather conditions.
Korok Seeds
- The large tree at the north part of the hill has a rock on top of it. Lift it up to get the Korok Seed.
- There is a circle of rocks just south of the Cherry Tree. Place the one missing rock into the circle formation to get the Korok Seed.
- To the north of the hill and just west of the main path there is a cliff an overhang that Link can walk under. There is a stump on the ceiling here. Ascend through the stump to get the Korok Seed.

Nomenclature
Passer Hill gets its name from the term passerine, which includes all birds that are part of the Passeriformes order. This includes more than half of all bird species.
