Enduring Cream of Mushroom Soup is typically made with Endura Carrot, Endura Shroom, Fresh Milk and Rock Salt. Either the mushroom or vegetable can be exchanged for "neutral" versions (Hylian Shroom or Hyrule Herb) - the resulting dish will give less Temporary Stamina, although it will still fully replenish the current Stamina Wheel. Regardless, at least one "Enduring" item must be present, and no item with clashing effects, else a basic Cream of Mushroom Soup or similar recipe will result. There is no benefit to this.

Enduring Egg Pudding is typically made with Bird Egg, Fresh Milk and Cane Sugar together with an Endura Carrot and/or Endura Shroom. If a fifth ingredient with a different effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Egg Pudding or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.

Enduring Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Main article: Enduring Cream of Mushroom Soup
"Restores and overfills your Stamina Wheel. The creamy mushroom and vegetable soup is so chunky it eats like a meal!"
Enduring Curry Pilaf
- Main article: Enduring Curry Pilaf
"Restores and overfills your Stamina Wheel. The goron spice used in this pilaf has given it a rich, spicy aroma."
Enduring Curry Pilaf is made with Endura Shroom, Goron Spice, Bird Egg, Goat Butter and Hylian Rice. As a dish with five ingredients, it cannot be further varied; using an Endura Carrot in place of the Endura Shroom will make Enduring Vegetable Curry instead.
Enduring Egg Pudding
- Main article: Enduring Egg Pudding
"Restores and overfills your Stamina Wheel. Made by cooking eggs and milk in a special mold, its soft texture melts in your mouth."
Enduring Egg Tart
- Main article: Enduring Egg Tart
"Restores and overfills your Stamina Wheel. You'll know this simple dessert is done baking when it smells just delightful."
When eaten, Enduring Egg Tart refills the Stamina Wheel & adds extra Temporary Stamina on top. It is made using an Endura Shroom, Cane Sugar, Bird Egg, Goat Butter and Hylian Rice. As a dish with five ingredients, it cannot be further varied. Using an Endura Carrot in place of the Endura Shroom will make Enduring Carrot Cake instead.
Enduring Fish Pie
- Main article: Enduring Fish Pie
"Restores and overfills your Stamina Wheel. A mainstay in any fisherman's home, the crisp crust pairs well with the fishy flavor."
Enduring Fish Pie is typically made with Endura Carrot or Endura Shroom, Rock Salt, Tabantha Wheat, Goat Butter and either Hyrule Bass or Sanke Carp. As a dish with five ingredients, it cannot be further varied.
Enduring Fried Egg and Rice
- Main article: Enduring Fried Egg and Rice
"Restores and overfills your Stamina Wheel. The soft egg yolk pairs well with the fresh rice in this simple dish."
Enduring Fried Egg and Rice is typically made with Bird Egg, Hylian Rice and Endura Carrot; eating it both fully refills Link's Stamina Wheel and adds Temporary Stamina on top. Adding additional ingredients on top of the basic recipe may change the recipe - notably, if an Endura Shroom is added, the result is still Enduring Fried Egg and Rice; but if an Endura Shroom is used without an Endura Carrot, the result is Enduring Mushroom Rice Balls instead.
