The Shard of Naydra's Fang is a material found in Breath of the Wild. The shard can be obtained by shooting the blue spirit Naydra with an arrow in the mouth. Its primary use is to enhance the Tunic of the Wild, but they can also be sold to shop-vendors all over Hyrule for 250 Rupees each, or, alternatively, can be traded to Kilton in return for 110 Mon.
