The Treasure Chest containing it can be found within a cave in the south-west of the Eldin Volcano Trail; almost due west of the Kakariko Village windmills, on the far west side of the map and just south-west of a waypoint, in an area surrounded by higher walls. The entrance to the cave is blocked by rubble, and must be opened with a bomb from a zirro echo, a bombfish echo or by using the Bombs of Might. The cave itself is tiny, and contains only the chest.
Wearing the flower slightly increases the spawn rate of fairies when spinning down plants, such as grass, although it is still very low. The Fairy Fragrance has a slightly more potent version of the same effect.
