Unfortunate Smoothie is a type of Smoothie found in Echoes of Wisdom.

"It's a bit chunky and smells kind of weird, but it's technically still a smoothie."
Unfortunate Smoothies are the only type of smoothie to not be numbered or directly purchasable from a Smoothie Shop. Created from any combination of incompatible ingredients - mostly, but not solely, including Monster Guts and/or Monster Fangs - when Zelda drinks one, it recovers half a heart and five units of energy.
The Sea Zora Shop owner requests one in exchange for their Floral Seashell, to see "how a thing like that must taste", as part of the The Great Fairy's Request Side Quest. They describe it as "like rancid mud" with a "gritty texture", claiming "it's so disgusting it circles all the way around and becomes delicious!"
