Balloon Flight is a Side Quest from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Talk to Shamae at the Woodland Stable during the day to accept this quest.
Walkthrough
Throw two Octo Balloons on a barrel to cause the barrel to float up into the sky. Shamae will then reward Link with a Star Fragment.

| 1 | You promised Shamae, the kid from the Woodland Stable, that you'd show her a sky filled with balloons. The first step is to find things that serve as balloons, and then use them to lift the barrels to delight Shamae. |

Gallery
Speak with Shamae to begin the quest. 
Tie some Octo Balloons up to a barrel. 
The balloons will cause the barrel to float up.
