The Apple of My Eye is a Side Quest from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Talk to Juney in Rito Village to start this quest. Each morning at 5am she wakes up from her bed at the Swallow's Roost and will walk up walkway to one of the decks near the top of Rito Village.
Walkthrough
During the daytime, Juney is sitting on the walkway at the very top of Rito Village, right between the homes of Kaneli and Teba.
Simply drop an Apple near a Campfire and it will roast into a Baked Apple. Do not put it in Cooking Pot as that will instead make a meal. Once you have a Baked Apple, show it to Juney to get a Silver Rupee and complete the quest.
After completing the quest, Link can bring Baked Apples to Juney at anytime where she will pay five Rupees for each one. The amount of rupees increases if Link sells her more at a time:
