EX Treasure: Horse Rumors is a Side Quest found in Breath of the Wild. It was made available as part of The Champions' Ballad downloadable content.
Guide
Over at the Highland Stable, Link will find the Super Rumor Mill V3 on the table. The book will give Link directions on finding the two items in the Ancient Horse Set, the Ancient Bridle and Ancient Saddle.
Ancient Bridle
- Main article: Ancient Bridle
The rumor mill gives Link the hint that the Ancient Bridle is located south of Hyrule Ridge, beneath a cherry blossom tree at a mountain.[1] The hint refers to Satori Mountain where there is a cherry tree just on the north side of the peak. Use Magnesis to pull the treasure chest out of the ground and get the Ancient Bridle.
Found on top of Satori Mountain.

Ancient Saddle
- Main article: Ancient Saddle
The rumor mill hints that the Ancient Saddle is located at a spring where the horse spirit resides.[2] The hints refers to the Malanya Spring, where the horse God, Malanya is located. The spring can be found just southeast of the Highland Stable. The Saddle is in a treasure chest that is buried in the ground, just behind where Malanya is located.
Found at the back of the Malanya Spring. 
Use Magnesis to pull it up.
