Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is a Side Quest from Breath of the Wild, introduced as part of the promotion for the game of the same name. If completed, it gives Link the Salvager Set of Armor.

- Have version 1.3.3 or later downloaded
Walkthrough
The goal here is to find three different shooting stars that appear in distinct locations across Hyrule. Each will land and leave a red treasure chest that contains a piece of armor.
Salvager Headwear
- Main article: Salvager Headwear
To obtain this headgear, head to the center of the Bridge of Hylia at nighttime. Take out the Lizalfos here, then look toward the southern sky. You should see a red shooting star, which is very similar in appearance to a falling Star Fragment. It will also be accompanied with a crackling sound, which sounds much like a firework. Wait for it to land, then head to the location of the red column. Here you will find a red treasure chest; open it to snag the Salvager Headwear.
