The Zonaite Shin Guards is an armor piece found in Tears of the Kingdom.

"Shin guards forged of zonaite. Wearing them awakens their latent magic, improving efficiency for Zonai devices."

The Zonaite Shin Guards are found in a chest in the lower level of the sphere island that is part of the Sky Mine in the North Akkala Sky Archipelago above the Rist Peninsula.

Activate the dragon ring on the lowest island, which powers the launching cannons. Rotate each island as needed and launch Link up to the top island (don't worry, there are rock blocks there). Move the floating hover platform out of the way and launch a large rock into the hole on the sphere island. It could land on the activation platform and begin spinning the outside walls by itself, so then launch Link at the sphere and enter the lower level. Save before trying to get to the lower level, in case Link falls down to the surface by accident.

If Link gets a block into the sphere and it doesn't start moving by itself, launch him up into the room and move the weight onto the platform directly. (The weight of three Big Wheels can also do the trick.) From inside the sphere, use Ascend to exit or simply stand on the circle exit while activating the weight mechanism and then climb down to the island's bottom level.

Armor Set

The Zonaite Set (together with the Zonaite Waistguard and the Zonaite Helm) provide the Set Bonus Energy Recharge Up if all three pieces have been enhanced to Lvl ★★ or higher.

Enhance Path

Enhancing Armor requires that Link has unlocked as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level.
