The Desert Labyrinth is a Shrine Quest from Breath of the Wild.

Begin the Quest

As soon as Link enters the South Lomei Labyrinth, Link will begin the shrine quest. The shrine is located at the southeast end of the Gerudo Desert, just west of Mount Granajh.

Guide

The Labyrinth is a maze that Link will need to navigate to reach the shrine that is right in the center. There is some Malice in some areas of the maze, preventing Link from passing. Link can reach the shrine by following the path highlighted in the map below.

Dila Maag Shrine

Main article: Dila Maag Shrine

The Dila Maag Shrine is a blessing shrine, so there are no challenges. Run ahead and open the treasure chest to get the Barbarian Armor. Then head to the alter to speak with Dila Maag to get the Spirit Orb.

1 As you advanced through the Gerudo Desert and arrived in front of the suspicious ruins resting at the foot of Daval Peak, you heard a voice.

It seems that, if you're able to make it through this labyrinth, you will receive a blessing.
