Dyeing to Find It is a Shrine Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview
A Steward Construct has told Link this riddle: "When the sun awakens in the sky, dye the white pattern black. Then will the sacred shrine appear." The goal is to cover the entire white shape on the wall in the gap below with a shadow, by building a structure with ultrahand that will do so around 6am.
Walkthrough
- Talk to the Steward Construct that can be found in the ruins on the east side of Quatta's Shelf to begin the quest.
- If Link looks just to the west, he'll find a shape on the wall down below. The goal is to use the large rock structure next to the Construct to cast a shadow, which fully covers this white shape.
- From the construct, look right of the large, rectangular rock. You will see a wheel which, when rotated, rotates the rock. Rotate the rock until the side with the T-shaped indent is facing eastward, toward the Construct.
- Next, grab the nearby wooden platform with Ultrahand and put it in the indent on the left side of the rock (viewed from the Construct side).
- If everything was done correctly, your rock should look like this one in the "Gallery" section. Everything what left, is to wait until 6:00 a.m., when the sun will cover in shadow the white area on the opposite side of the gap. You can lit and pass time near the nearby campfire if you would like to.
- At 6:00 a.m., the sun will cover in shadow the white area and the Shrine of Light will appear, finishing the quest.
Kurakat Shrine

The Kurakat Shrine itself is one of Rauru's Blessings. Inside there is a single treasure chest that holds a Magic Staff. Walk over to the altar to get a Light of Blessing.

On Sunny mornings the shadow will cast on the wall to the west 
At around 6am, it will fully cover the image
