To find and obtain the Drillshaft head east towards the overhanging cliffs on the path from where Dugby is, climb up all the way to the top. You will see two large boulder like hills, head towards the one in the back (the biggest one). Go left and roam towards the back of the giant hill rock and you'll see breakable stone wall. The Drillshaft will be there.

Talk to Dugby (during the day while he is sitting in the spring) in the Goron Hot Springs to start the quest.


Walkthrough

To find and obtain the Drillshaft, head east along the path from the Goron Hot Springs.
