Soul of the Gorons is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview
Fugo is a blacksmith's apprentice and needs to earn his master's approval by crafting a Boulder Breaker. If Link can bring him the required materials, he can keep the weapon once it's finished. Each boulder breaker requires a Cobble Crusher, three Diamonds, and five pieces of Flint. If it breaks or is lost, Link can bring the same set of materials to Fugo to build him another one.
Requirements
Complete Yunobo of Goron City.

The art of the Boulder Breaker is passed down over generations. But Fugo, the apprentice, gave up on making it midway and sold the materials he was using for marbled rock roast.
