The North Hyrule Sky Crystal is a Shrine Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.
Overview
Link must bring the relevant crystal to the base of the Shrine of Light. It is attached to a Flux Construct I at (0442, 2468, 1662).
Requirements
Strictly, only access to the relevant Sky Island group in the North Hyrule Sky Archipelago.

Mayam Shrine
- Main article: Mayam Shrine
Mayam Shrine itself is one of Rauru's Blessings. Inside there is a single treasure chest that holds a Magic Rod. Walk over to the altar to get a Light of Blessing.
