The Dueling Peaks Stable is a location from Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The Dueling Peaks Stable is one of fifteen (15) Stables that are located across Hyrule. It is found in West Necluda to the east of Dueling Peaks on the road that runs between Big Twin Bridge and Kakariko Bridge. It sits in the fields southwest of Ash Swamp at the base of the Dueling Peaks mountains. It is staffed by Tasseren, Rensa, Darton, and Shibo. If events of the game play out chronologically, this is the first stable Link should come across in his adventure, being sent in this direction by King Rhoam. From here, Link is given directions by Rensa to Kakariko Village and then later Hateno Village.

At the Dueling Peaks Stable, if Link feeds the dog enough times in a row, the dog will guide Link to the tree just southeast of the stable. Here there is a treasure chest which contains an Eightfold Longblade.

There is a sign on the wall, written by Captain Hoz. He writes that his squad is heading east to Fort Hateno to clean out the monsters.

A Picture for Dueling Peaks Stable

After completing one Regional Phenomena and acquiring the Camera, Link can examine the blank canvas on the wall to begin the quest. Tasseren tasks Link with taking a picture of Hyrule's finest sunrise. This can be taken from on top of Tuft Mountain, just west of Lurelin Village. Link can take the picture anytime between 4am and 6am. After returning to the stable to show the picture to Tasseren, he will award Link with a Pony Point and some Hasty Apple Pie.

Dueling Peaks Stable Well

The Dueling Peaks Stable Well can be found just east of the stable. The well goes three wells deep, with several Fairies at the lowest level. If Link hasn't already met with Fera, she will also be found in the Dueling Peaks Stable. Speaking with her begins the Where Are the Wells? quest.

Inhabitants

• Beedle - Can be found in the back of the stable, or just outside, selling a variety of items listed below.
• Cloyne - Can be found sitting by the Cooking Pot, or watching the Stable Trotters. He once lived in Lurelin Village and laughs at the possibility of Link fighting the monsters that have taken over his hometown.
• Darton and Shibo - Two young brothers who talk about the rare Dondon animals found in the Faron region.
• Lourda - A member of the Zonai Survey Team who walks between Kakariko Village and the Stable, talking about the Ring Ruins.
• Sheeko - Can be found sitting inside, reading the Lucky Clover Gazette newspaper.
• Stamm - Can be found sitting outside near the Cooking Pot. He talks about the legendary pumpkin known as the Master Gourd. He misheard this information and was clearly told about the Master Sword, but got confused.
• Tasseren and Rensa - Can be found at the front of the stable. Tesseren runs the stable and will register or board Link's horses, where Rensa will talk about the various towns near the stable.
