Barin is a character found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
When Link first arrives in Death Mountain, Barin is sat at a table of Bedrock Bistro eating Marbled Rock Roast. He wishes the miners would dig him some more, to which his brother Tule snaps that mining is his job.
When the Regional Phenomena ailing the Gorons is resolved, Barin goes back to mining to the delight of Tule. His goal is to strike the Rock Roast mother lode and have a lavish feast. Tule mirrors his enthusiasm, but misinterprets his want as for a "lava feast".
