Follow the Sheikah Slate is the first Main Quest given to Link in Breath of the Wild. It is given by a mysterious voice shortly after leaving the Shrine of Resurrection.

Reach and activate the Great Plateau Tower. The Sheikah Slate should display its location with a glowing point.
