The Keese Wing can be used at Madame Couture's to craft the Energy Gear.

"The wing of a Keese. It's covered with very short, sharp fur. It's not much use by itself, but you can mix it with critters to make something useful."
The Keese Wing makes a reappearance in Breath of the Wild as a material obtainable from Keese found all over Hyrule. It is a common drop and every base version of the Keese will drop a Keese Wing. The elemental Keese, such as the Ice Keese, Fire Keese, and Electric Keese, will drop wings of their particular elements, including an Ice Keese Wing, Fire Keese Wing, and Electric Keese Wing.
This material can be traded with Kilton in his shop, the Fang and Bone, for 2 Mon each.
Cooking
Like other monster parts, Keese Wings can be cooked with Bugs, Frogs, or Lizards, to create Elixirs. The Keese Wing doesn't add anything of substance while cooking, but is required to make the Elixir. If Link adds a Keese Wing to a dish with regular food, or if the Cooking Pot only contains monster parts, this will result in Link making Dubious Food.
Enhancements
This material can be used to enhance Link's Armor in the game. In particular, Keese Wings are used to enhance the Climbing Set.
The Level 1 upgrades of the Climbing Gear, Climber's Bandanna, and Climbing Boots each require three Keese Wings, along with three Rushrooms.
