A Fleet-Lotus Seeds can be eaten to recover ½ of a heart, and can be sold to shop-vendors all over Hyrule for 5 Rupees each. They tend to grow in and around the Lanayru region, typically inside of pools of water, but they are sometimes stored inside of Crates in close proximity to Bokoblin Camps. They can consistently be found outside of the Ne'ez Yohma Shrine inside Zora's Domain. Fleet-Lotus Seeds can be used in many Recipes, and they have a cooking effect of increased speed.
If cooked on an open flame by itself, Link will receive Roasted Lotus Seeds, which recover ¾ of a heart and have no special effects.
