Dive Time Up is an effect found in Echoes of Wisdom.
Echoes of Wisdom
The Dive Time Up effect extends the time Zelda can spend underwater without having to surface or find a bubble generator for air. It is obtained by wearing the Zora Scale, or drinking a Bubble Potion/any smoothie with "bubble" in the name, which are made from Bubble Kelp.

Drinks
Smoothies made with Bubble Kelp and which have "Bubble" in their name give Zelda more dive time, as does Bubble Potion made with Bubble Kelp and Monster Fang. Durations are in brackets, in minutes, beside the name.
