Misko's Cave of Chests is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.

Walkthrough

After talking with the treasure-hunting brothers Domidak and Prissen, find the dog located around their little camp.
Feed the dog 4 to 5 pieces of food (e.g., apples) and the dog will start walking down the path to the nearby cave Cephla Lake Cave. (Technically, this is not required, but makes it much easier.)
Follow the dog as it leads Link to the chest containing Misko's treasure. Pull the chest from the ground using Ultrahand, then open it to reveal the Ember Trousers. (The rest of the chests contain only green rupees.)
The brothers will appear in the cave and discover that Link has found the treasure. After the brothers talk, the quest is complete.

1	You found treasure-hunting brothers Domidak and Prissen perplexed in front of a cave. It seems they came seeking Misko's treasure but found more than they bargained for. The cave has so many treasure chests that they don't know which one holds the treasure they seek.
Complete	You navigated the sea of treasure chests to find the one chest that contained the real treasure. In it, you found the ember trousers and a bottle with a letter inside. Meanwhile, brothers Domidak and Prissen gave up and left.
