We're glad that you signed up so that you can edit, build, and shape the Zelda Dungeon Wiki! Before you start editing, why don't you check out some of these useful links and read these basic rules?
- Edit your settings. Make sure you have set up your settings to make the wiki work the way you want it. We have a bunch of customizations that we have spent time creating, and we hope that you utilize them to the fullest.
- Please treat all members with respect. We don't want to have to ban someone because there is an issue between our users.
- Use wikicode and link templates when making edits to properly format pages. Use templates often to save on coding everything.
- If you have some questions, instead of sitting around doing nothing, ask our administration team. They won't bite.
- Head to our help page to find some links to helpful pages that will teach you how to do many things on the wiki.
- Read the FAQ to find the answers to a few common questions.
- Please use proper grammar and strive for good edits.
- Always sign talk pages with four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically sign the page with your username and date.
- Use talk pages to talk about edits on pages. Do not participate in editing wars (i.e. editing a page over and over again to make the page what you think it should be rather than what another member thinks) as they are counter productive and will not solve the problem. Use the talk pages like they were meant to be used.
We hope that you enjoy your time here on the Zelda Dungeon Wiki and that you will help us make lots of really good edits. Keep in mind that the administration team will be watching for quality editors to bring them on to our site staff.

Twilight Princess West/East
The text of your edit wasn't bad, but there's a few points you didn't consider:
- Pages link to both Castle Town West Road and Castle Town East Road as they are - I could swap them, but all the links then need to be fixed too. Also, you can't just swap one page, you need to make a list of all the pages that need swapped thus and the links to them. (To be fair, a lot of those links stem from transcluding Twilight Princess Locations, but not all)
- Pages shouldn't mismatch their titles and the text - that's just confusing, and doing it when you can't move the page doesn't help.
With that said, since Mases (who's the wiki owner) moved one page, we should be consistent, and the GC/HD orientation is (as you say) the canonical one. So if you make the list of pages that should be retitled or edited to swap west/east (and left/right) and promise to do the rewriting, I'll help you with the link fixes and page moving. I suspect the reason no-one's done it is that it's a whole project, not just a couple of pages. - Sanityormadness (talk) 00:40, June 19, 2021 (UTC)
- That's reasonable. It certainly does make a lot more sense to 1st make a list of ALL the changes that need to be made before making ANY changes so that people aren't left confused while such a large amount of edits are being made.
- Is there a way to generate a list of all the pages that contain a hyperlink to specific pages? Komali100 (talk) 17:30, June 19, 2021 (UTC)
- Special:Whatlinkshere - it's also linked in the sidebar for any specific page (e.g., Special:WhatLinksHere/User talk:Komali100 - not quite sure how you access it on the mobile skin though). That is going to be bloated by Twilight Princess Locations though, so I'll temporarily remove the east/west pages from that, except the already-moved bridge page. There probably aren't *that* many otherwise, it's more east/west text than titles I suspect. - Sanityormadness (talk) 21:26, June 19, 2021 (UTC)
