To the Top of the Tower is a Hint Movie from Majora's Mask 3D.
Overview
The Skull Kid's Whereabouts is hint 6 of 7, as part of "The First Three Days" group of movie hints. It becomes available after Link has looked through the telescope at the Astral Observatory and saw the Skull Kid on top of the Clock Tower.
The video shows Link exiting the Astral Observatory and picking up a Moon's Tear that fell down. Link is then seen speaking with a Business Scrub in South Clock Town. After getting access to the Deku Flower, Deku Link can use it to launch himself up and glide over to the Clock Tower.
Solution
- After arriving at the Astral Observatory, Link can look through the Telescope to see the Skull Kid, which causes a Moon's Tear to drop
- Link can then go outside and collect the Moon's Tear
- In South Clock Town, Link can trade the Moon's Tear to the Business Scrub and get the Town Title Deed
- With the Title Deed, Link can then use the Deku Flower, at which point he can launch himself up and glide to the Clock Tower.
