The Sage of Lightning is a Gerudo in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
The Sage of Lightning served Rauru in The Imprisoning War, accepting a Secret Stone to that end, fighting wearing a Vah Naboris Divine Helm. Many, many centuries later, her spirit summoned her successor Riju to the Lightning Temple in an attempt to pass on her Secret Stone, but could not do so until Queen Gibdo was defeated. With this done, she anointed Riju as the new Sage of Lightning, giving her the Secret Stone.
