£12.99The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - PRIMA Offical Game Guide was released on December 12, 2006 as a Strategy Guide for Twilight Princess in three versions - softcover "Premiere Editions" for both Nintendo GameCube and Wii versions of the game; and a hardcover "Collector's Edition" for Wii only.
A revised Collector's Edition was released almost a year later, on November 13, 2007 , with additional content[What?]. It was later updated and republished for Twilight Princess HD in 2016.
Premiere Editions
- Includes huge double-sided foldout poster, with one side being a poster, and the other being a full Overworld Map for the relevant version.
- Outrageously detailed and lengthy.
- Full Index in the back of the book.
- Includes 'Legendary Checklist' of all collectible items.
- Complete Item, Character, and Enemy appendixes with pictures and descriptions.
- Comes in two versions, GameCube and Wii. All references to controls, left/right (or east/west) direction and the included map are appropriate to the relevant version, as are screenshots; and the covers are differently coloured, but they are otherwise identical.
Collector's Editions
- Only comes in Wii versions
- Includes huge foldout Cloth Overworld Map
- Original release is identical to the Wii Premiere Edition version except for its grey leather-like hard cover and the page edges are gold foiled.
- Revised version came out a year later, with additional content and a brown cover.
