The Observation Deck is a location that appears in Twilight Princess. It is found in the Castle Town Central Square, beside the Castle Town Cafe. It's inside the big building to the south of the Cafe, and all the way up the stairs inside. At the top there stands a Goron, who sells Link Arrows.

Trivia
- If Link goes up to the Observation Deck while Hyrule Castle is covered with the Twilight Barrier, the Goron there makes a reference to the The Legend of Zelda, by saying, "I have kept this a secret from the others. Yes, it is a secret to everybody."[1]
